LMS has celebrated its 30th anniversary. Over the course of three decades, what Christina Bauermeister started as a one-woman operation in October 1984 has matured into a well-established company with currently 24 employees which today supplies customers throughout Germany and in over 50 other countries of the world.

At the beginning of 2014, we put our new distribution center into operation. The new high-bay warehouse and the administrative offices were built. The new office tract has a very open layout. The different areas, such as management, marketing, accounting, and order fulfillment, are only separated by large glass panes, which makes for better communication among the staff members. This allows us to implement two of the company’s most important principles even better: flexible organization and short decision-making processes. Ten LMS staff members are moving into the new offices.
